Our beginners programs are fantastic if you have always wanted to learn self defence but didn’t know where to start.

Our advanced self defence courses are designed for practicing martial artists or security professionals who want to challenge themselves In a realistic training environment.

WOMEN'S SELF DEFENCE

 

Self defence tailored specifically for women. Our programmes start with a beginners introductory self defence course right up to advanced.

YOUTH AND KIDS ACADEMY

 

A military style training and self defence academy designed to increase confidence, leadership skills, teamwork, discipline and self defence skills.

PROFESSIONAL CLOSE QUARTER COMBAT COURSES

 

With a combination of class-room, gym and outdoor work this class is fast paced and interesting. Ideally you will already workout in a gym or attend fitness classes regularly.

MILITARY UNARMED COMBAT & FITNESS


If you want to experience basic training style fitness and learn the unarmed combat skills taught by the military elite – then this class is for you.

FEAR AND ANXIETY CONTROL

 

The ability to control fear and anxiety in any crisis situation is essential and can be learned. We use advanced NLP techniques and reasoning skills.

PHYSICAL TECHNIQUES AND TRAINING


This is the fun part for most people – it’s time to get physical. You will learn and perfect a range of the most simple and effective techniques during the course.

BODY LANGUAGE AND THREAT ASSESSMENT

 

Being able to both read the body language of a potential aggressor/s is essential, as is controlling your own to influence the outcome.

VOICE COMMANDS

 

You will learn how to use your voice. REMEMBER it’s what you say and how you say it that can make all the difference.

AGGRESSION CONTROL
